Dormer Rubber Roof Kit: ClassicBond EPDM 1.2mm

EPDM Dormer roof kits where the long edge has a gutter and the opposite edge adjoins a pitched roof.

This ClassicBond EPDM Dormer Rubber Roof Kit is designed to be used forstructures where the front edge has a gutter (across the width) and back edge adjoins a pitched roof. We have inlcluded kerb edge trims for the two remaining sides (Depth). It is easy to install, looks great and has a life expectancy of up to 50 years! EPDM rubber membranes are UV, Ozone and Infrared stable so will not crack, blister or peel.

We have put together a kit including the 1.2mm ClassicBond EPDM rubber membrane, adhesives and edging trims.

EPDM Colour: Lead / Slate Grey

Used For: EPDM rubber roof for dormers

Deck Type: Timber deck (OSB3 or Plywood)

Sure Edge Trim Colours: Anthracite Grey / Black / White

Included in Kit:

  • 1.2mm thick ClassicBond EPDM Membrane (Size as chosen by you) 
  • Water Based Adhesive to adhere membrane to timber roof deck
  • Contact adhesive to adhere perimeter of roof deck to Membrane
  • Sure Edge Gutter for front edge
  • Sure Edge Kerb for both edges
  • Sure Edge Corner for both front corners
  • External Corner Patches & Primer for the both back corners where the roof meets the pitched roof
  • Tools requires for DIY Installation(Rollers, Scissors & Paint Brush)
  • All Pins and Clips to go with Trims
  • Simple Video Installation Guide

The EPDM membrane size is the same as the one advertised in the kit. You will need to allow for extra for each edge to allow for overlaps. We recommend a minium of 150mm per edge so for example if select the 4m x 2.0m kit the roof your are covering should be no bigger than 3.7m x 1.7m.
