Ideal for commercial flat roofs and lining gutters.
RESITRIX EPDM is a fully self-adhesive system used for many rubber roofing applications due to its durability, flexibility and weather resistance.
Browse our full range including RESITRIX SKW Full Bond Roll, gutter kit and primer, and enjoy fast shipping on your next order.
As an all-purpose waterproofing membrane, RESITRIX SKW Roll is durable and easy to install with most subdecks such as timber, concrete, steel, tissue-faced PIR and Rockwool Hardrock. Designed to protect against harsh weather conditions, many roofers consider it the best EPDM solution on the market.
With a flexible 2.5mm thickness and width availability of 333mm, 500mm, 666mm and 1000mm, you can use it for your next roofing project no matter the size or shape. If you're a professional working on a large-scale project, you can save money by bulk buying pallets of 10 and 20 rolls.
Not only is RESITRIX useful for flat roofing systems, but also protects the lining of your gutters against water damage and leaks. The RESITRIX gutter kit is a perfect choice whether you're replacing your existing lining or installing a new gutter entirely. It's suitable for box and valley gutter systems, which will benefit from improved durability and longevity, meaning tedious gutter repairs will be a thing of the past.
If you're installing RESITRIX EPDM membrane in a gutter, you'll likely need RESITRIX's drain outlet which is used to connect a downpipe to the EPDM membrane. Available in three different widths; 3-inch downpipe, 3.5-inch downpipe and 4-inch downpipe, so you can fit it no matter what.
To install the RESITRIX membrane, you'll need a surface primer. For a speedy installation and quick drying time, use the RESITRIX Spray Primer (FG35), alongside the accompanying spray gun and hose. FG35 primer can also be used with ALUTRIX vapour barriers and VapAir vapour barrier and a wide range of substrates including lightweight concrete, fibreglass and tissue-faced insulation.

All-purpose Application
As a versatile waterproofing membrane, it is suitable for different applications, including flat roofs, green roofs, gutters, and more. Its flexibility and adaptability make it suitable for both large commercial flat roofs and smaller domestic properties.
Exceptional Waterproofing
As an EPDM waterproofing membrane, it is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions and provide a reliable barrier against water infiltration to ensure your roofing project remains watertight.
Easy Installation
Unlike large sheets of EPDM, RESITRIX comes in 1m x 10m rolls which allows for easy handling onsite. It is also popular amongst professional roofers due to its self adhesive backing. RESITRIX is also installed similar to traditional roofing felt so it is an easily transferable skill for many roofers. It also saves time as it is a single layer product compared to a three layer felt roof. It also has hot air welded joints which is much safer than using naked flames.
Long-lasting Durability
Designed with a strong structure, reinforced with glass fibres and backed by a self-adhesive polymer-modified bitumen material, all combining to achieve a 30-year BBA certification and life expectancy of up to 50 years. It also has an FLL-test certificate, ensuring root resistance for years to come.
Material Guarantee
If you are interested in enhancing your roofing capabilities and becoming a trained installer able to offer 20 year material guarantees on RESITRIX then please contact us to arrange a training day.

Manufactured by Carlisle Construction Materials, RESITRIX EPDM is a versatile, single-ply EPDM membrane designed to waterproof all substrates. This membrane offers all the advantages a traditional EPDM rubber membrane has including easy installation, long-lasting durability, and wide-scale versatility.
RESITRIX has a wide variety of applications including flat roof extensions, rubber gutter linings, balcony roofing systems and more.
RESITRIX EPDM rubber roofing membrane is a consistent and reliable material chosen by many roofers and builders thanks to its resistance to ozone, UV & infrared radiation, and a certified service life of more than 50 years.
In addition, its thickness of 2.5mm makes it a very durable and versatile system that can be used on walkways, gutters, roofs, and even train carriage roofs & boat decks.
Yes! To weld RESITRIX together, start by overlapping the material by 50mm. Following this, use a heat gun or hot air gun, applying pressure to the top with a silicone seam roller. To ensure a sturdy connection, maintain a 50mm gap between the nozzle of the heat gun and apply medium pressure.
