RESITRIX Self-Adhesive EPDM Roofing Systems

As an all-purpose waterproofing membrane, RESITRIX SKW Roll is durable and easy to install with most subdecks such as timber, concrete, steel, tissue-faced PIR and Rockwool Hardrock. Designed to protect against harsh weather conditions, many roofers consider it the best EPDM solution on the market.

With a flexible 2.5mm thickness and width availability of 333mm, 500mm, 666mm and 1000mm, you can use it for your next roofing project no matter the size or shape. If you're a professional working on a large-scale project, you can save money by bulk buying pallets of 10 and 20 rolls.

Not only is RESITRIX useful for flat roofing systems, but also protects the lining of your gutters against water damage and leaks. If you're installing RESITRIX EPDM membrane in a gutter, you'll likely need RESITRIX's drain outlet which is used to connect a downpipe to the EPDM membrane. Available in three different widths; 3-inch downpipe, 3.5-inch downpipe and 4-inch downpipe, so you can fit it no matter what.

To install the RESITRIX membrane, you'll need a surface primer. For a speedy installation and quick drying time, use the RESITRIX Spray Primer (FG35), alongside the accompanying spray gun and hose. FG35 primer can also be used with ALUTRIX vapour barriers and VapAir vapour barrier and a wide range of substrates including lightweight concrete, fibreglass and tissue-faced insulation.
