Delivery information can be found on each product page. We aim to deliver all of our products as fast as possible however some items are special order and may take longer.
Most items are shipped with next day delivery but we cannot guarantee that they will be delivered the next day due to circumstances such as courier issues.We suggest allowing for the full expected delivery time scale on the product page for delivery.
Delivery costs will vary across items. We try to keep these costs as low as possible but sometimes items will come from separate warehouses and incur a ‘Combined Delivery’ charge. It's best to check out your basket for the correct delivery cost.
Some items yes, please contact us beforehand as some items come from different warehouses or direct from manufacturers. So availability and the collection address will vary.
Our couriers generally don’t offer weekend deliveries however if this is vital please do contact us and we will endeavour to arrange this.
With most orders we will be able to either send a tracking link or a delivery date across. If you haven’t received this please do contact us and we will be able to look into an ETA for your delivery.
Some of our items will be delivered from different warehouses and so will be delivered separately. If your order had ‘combined delivery’ at checkout this means that your items will come separately. Couriers sometimes do split orders up and items from the same warehouse don't always stay together through the network. We also might use several couriers on one order due to weight, length or hazardous items. Please feel free to contact us and we will be able to advise where the rest of your order is.
Some of our couriers are able to leave your delivery on site or in a safe place. However, we recommend,if you know that you will be out, that you leave a signed note with a telephone number and a safe place for the courier to leave the goods. Some couriers and items will need a signature and won’t be able to leave the goods so a redelivery will need to be scheduled for a time that you will be able to take the delivery. Please note that you may be charged a re delivery fee.
You can contact us via Email, WhatsApp or Telephone. If we can't be contacted on the Telephone we ask you email or WhatsApp your enquiry so that one of our team can get back to you as soon as possible or arrange a call back. Sometimes our phones may be extremely busy but please bear with us and send us a message and we will ensure your queries are handed over to the appropriate advisors.
We use a variety of couriers for our products and regions which allows us to deliver nationwide at high speed. Most of our couriers are able to provide tracking links which we will forward in a dispatch email when made available to us. If the courier used does not have a tracking link we will be able to provide you with a delivery date. Please contact us if you haven’t received this and we will be able to assist. If you have been given a delivery date, we can’t normally get an ETA until the morning of the delivery so please feel free to contact us on the delivery date and we will endeavour to get a time frame for delivery.
Sometimes due to external circumstances deliveries can be delayed or delivered outside of the time frame we have advised. This can include a number of reasons from breakdowns, traffic or other delays. Please contact us and we will investigate why your delivery is late and try to rectify the issue.
This could be because you are outside of the area where we can deliver that particular product to. This may also be due to an issue with the website or your browser. Please contact us if you have any trouble ordering as one of our technical team will be able to help.
For security reasons we cannot take payments over the phone. We can however create a basket link for you to follow or we can advise you through the website payment page.
Yes, our advisors can create a basket for you over the phone. We cannot take payment over the phone but we can send the basket link to you to make payment via card, PayPal or bank transfer.
We aim to keep our prices affordable and as low as possible, however if you have a large order please contact us as we may be able to provide project specific discounts and quotes.
We offer PayPal Credit, this is better than traditional credit accounts as you have 4 months of 0% finance on purchases which helps us to keep our prices lower. We also offer PayPal’s pay in 3 interest free installments to help spread the cost.
Yes, please feel free to contact us with the items you require and we can create a Proforma. Alternatively, you can process the order online and at checkout there is an option to pay via Bacs This option will send you a proforma from the system automatically.
Yes, please select this option on checkout. This will send you a Proforma with all the details required. Please ensure to leave a reference on your payment with your order number.
We take Credit and Debit Cards from all major providers such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as PayPal and Bank Transfer. You can also use Google Pay or Apple Pay.

No, you can checkout as a guest. There are benefits to registering such as saving time on your next order and easy access to previous orders and invoices.
Yes, please select this option on checkout. A Proforma with payment details will then be sent to your email. Please ensure to use a reference with your order number or name when making payment.
We can accept most payment methods including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay, Paypal and Bank Transfer.
Product videos will be under the ‘Video Tab’ on the product page, if you can't see one please contact us and we will be able to assist.
Some items can be returned within 28 days of purchase. There might be a restocking fee on certain items but we will make you aware of these before you return the products. Please ensure that the returned goods are in a resalable condition and haven't been used.
However, some items (for example - EPDM Cut to Size) can't always be refunded due to the nature of it being cut or manufactured to the size you need, this is classed as a custom product.
Refunds are processed once the items are back at one of our warehouses and have been checked over. Please note your refund can only go back to the account used or store credit will be issued.
When the items have been incorrectly sent or damaged we will normally arrange for collection. If you order something you don't need anymore or ordered incorrectly you will need to cover the cost of return. We recommend either My Hermes or Interparcel.

We can exchange items but you will need to return the items before we can use that as credit on your account. It's best to re-order and return to speed the process of getting the goods you require fastest.
