About Us

UKFR Roofing & Insulation was formed in 2014 under the name of UK Flat Roofing as a small business supplying flat roof materials. Our business has expanded over the years to now include many more product ranges. From our humble beginnings we are now one of the largest roofing and insulation specialists in the UK and are well known for our green roofing systems and environmentally friendly options. Our partners have had years of experience in both the construction trade and retail. This combination allows us to sell systems that are tried and trusted and give you expert advice from our technical team.

Most of our products can be delivered nationwide with a same day dispatch if ordered before 12pm. We provide a next day delivery service where possible though this cannot always be guaranteed.

Some of our items cannot be delivered nationwide, however we are always working on making this possible. You will see on the product pages a delivery map of where we can deliver our Insulation products to. If you don't fall into one of these areas then please do contact us as we will endeavour to find a different branch to get the items to you.

At UKFR Roofing & Insulation we ensure we know and trust all the products we sell so that we can help our customers with the whole process including choosing the product and the installation process. We have a dedicated customer service team who are available to help you via phone, email or WhatsApp. They are all regularly trained and able to help you with any query you may have. If you have any questions that our sales team is less familiar with they will contact either our technical experts or the manufacturers themselves to ensure you are given the correct information.

We began as a family run business and it is thanks to our customers and dedicated employees that we have been able to expand our business and increase our range and delivery area. We will always ensure that customer satisfaction is our priority.
