How do I install the tiles?
All tiles are neatly stacked and orientated correctly. Utilise the joiners provided to assemble the tiles in a brick pattern for optimal effectiveness, ensuring the grass pile direction remains consistent.

Why is there glue included with my order?
We include glue as a precautionary measure in case any edges are inadvertently damaged during handling. This allows for on-site re-bonding of the artificial grass to the rubber tiles. Rest assured, our bond is exceptionally strong compared to others available in the market.

Why does the artificial grass appear flat with a pattern on it?
Upon delivery, the weight of the stacked rubber tiles may leave a slight impression on the artificial grass. This is easily remedied. After installation, simply lightly brush against the pile direction using your hand or a soft brush to restore the grass to its full glory.

When do you dispatch orders?

If your order is placed before 12pm we aim to have these processed and dispatched on that same day. However some items have an earlier cut off time and will be dispatched the following day. 

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery costs vary depending on what product is ordered and where it is being delivered to. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout the delivery prices will be stated. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.

How long will my delivery take?

On the product page you will see our usual lead time for our items, these are above the ADD TO BASKET button. These are a guide only and we aim to get your items delivered to you ASAP.
