The PROGRP Catalyst is the product used to harden the resin when installing the PRO GRP system.

The rate of catalyst required is dependent on the temperature. It is not recommended to install below 5°C.

• 20°C to 30°C 1% is needed - so 1L of resin with 10ml of catalyst
• 13°C to 19°C 2% is needed - so 1L of resin with 20ml of catalyst
• 9°C to 12°C 3% is needed - so 1L of resin with 30ml of catalyst
• 5°C to 8°C 4% is needed - so 1L of resin with 40ml of catalyst

Note: These temperature breaks are approximate only. Its always best to test catalyst conditions with you first mix and adjust up or down depending on how fast or slow it sets

When do you dispatch orders?

We aim to have orders processed and dispatched on the same day when ordered before 12pm. However some items such as cut to size rubber or larger orders may not be dispatched until the following day. They will however be delivered within the estimated delivery time.

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery costs vary depending on what product is ordered and where it is being delivered to. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout the delivery prices will be stated. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.

How long will my delivery take?
