Please Note: The 10m, 20m and 30m rolls are cut to size in our warehouse as the manufacturer does not supply rolls smaller than 40m. The 10m, 20m and 30m rolls will be delivered wrapped, usually in shrink-film, but without the ALUTRIX paper-branded wrapping. Only the 40m rolls will have the paper-branded wrapping. This allows for less wastage on jobs and makes ALUTRIX more accessible to a range of project sizes.

When do you dispatch orders?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually processed and dispatched the next working day. Some items, if ordered before 10:00 AM, maybe dispatched on the same day. Please contact us if you would like to request this. Same-day dispatch is limited to non-cut items, non-hazardous or heavy items.

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on the product and delivery location. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout, the delivery price will be displayed. We keep delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates charged by our delivery partners.

How long will my delivery take?

Most orders are usually delivered on the second working day. In some cases, delivery may take until the third working day due to location or courier issues. These are guidelines only, please contact us if your order has not arrived by the second working day or tracking is showing any issues.

You will receive an email with your order tracking details or an estimated delivery date, followed by an updated ETA on the day of delivery.
