How long does it take to receive a response?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1-2 hours during business days. For enquiries sent over the weekend or after hours, you can expect a response on the following business day.
Can I request a quote through this contact form?
Yes, you can! If you're looking for a quote, please mention the specifics of your project (e.g., type of roofing material, size, location) in the message section of the contact form. We will get back to you with a detailed estimate as soon as possible.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Orders cannot be placed over the phone due to security measures. However, we can create customised basket links based on your requirements and send them directly to you. Our customer service team are also able to help with selecting the right products, confirming stock availability and answering any technical queries!
Can I track my order?
We aim to send tracking to you once your order has dispatched. Some products don’t have live tracking due to the couriers that are being used, however we will always aim to provide a delivery date.
If your order has already been dispatched but you haven’t received a tracking link, delivery date, or estimated arrival time, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’ll do our best to provide you with an update.
