Benefits of a sedum green roof:

• Water Storage - The trays are designed with a built-in water storage layer consisting of expanding clay granules, which traps the water and slowly releases it during dry periods. The water will escape through the drainage holes once passing through the main substrate. In the event of heavy rain, the sedums will remain safe and not submersed as all excess water will pass through the drainage holes quickly. This system of green roofing uses a lightweight extensive substrate which gives the best performance for sedums.

Application with EPDM / Single Ply Roofing:

•  When using the Mr Green modular living roof trays with EPDM or single-ply roofing systems, it's advised that a protective fleece is used. Please use the add-on so that the correct amount is delivered with your trays.
• When using the trays on built-up felt and GRP systems you can install them directly onto the roof.

Do I need trims?

• If you need a retaining trim at the roof edges we would recommend using the Mr Green Aluminium Trim system.

When do you dispatch orders?

If your order is placed before 2pm we aim to have these processed and dispatched on the next working day. As our Green Roof items are living products they can only be dispatched on a Monday to Thursday. Delivery is therefore Tuesday to Friday.

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery costs vary depending on what product is ordered and where it is being delivered to. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout the delivery prices will be stated. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.

How long will my delivery take?

On the product page you will see our usual lead time for our items, these are above the ADD TO BASKET button. These are a guide only and we aim to get your items delivered to you asap.

Where will you deliver my order to?

Please note that all our deliveries are kerbside only and it is your responsibility to get it from the Kerb onto your property. It is at the discression of the courier where the order is left.

Please ensure you have ample space to offload.

Delivery access and site restrictions

We use pallet couriers for our Green Roofing deliverys and these tend to be large 18T lorries.
A Rigid lorry is approximately 18 / 26 tonnes with the capacity for 12 / 14 pallets. They are usualy 10m / 12m Long, 4m high and 2.6m wide as an average.

So please ensure you advise us of any restrictions or issues you may forsee with this size vehicle, failure to do so may result in extra delivery charges.
