When do you dispatch orders?
Orders placed before 10 AM are usually processed and dispatched the next working day. As our Green Roof items are living products, they can only be dispatched Monday to Thursday, with deliveries arriving Tuesday to Friday.
If you want to receive your order on a specific day please leave a date in the delivery note section or contact us after you have placed the order to arrange this.
How much will my delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on the product and delivery location. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout, the delivery price will be displayed. We keep delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates charged by our delivery partners.
How long will my delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 1 – 2 working days. We can only deliver Tuesday to Friday due to the living nature of the products.

Each product page shows the usual lead time below the “Add to Basket” button. These are a guide only, and we aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible.
Where will you deliver my order to?
All deliveries are kerbside only. It is your responsibility to move items from the kerb onto your property. The courier decides where the delivery is left, so please ensure there is ample space to offload.
Delivery access and site restrictions
Green Roof deliveries are made via pallet couriers, typically using large 18T lorries. A rigid lorry is approximately 18–26 tonnes, with a capacity of 12–14 pallets, and average dimensions of 10–12 m long, 4 m high, and 2.6 m wide.
Please advise us of any access restrictions or issues that may affect delivery. Failure to do so could result in extra delivery charges.
Why do we need your contact number?
It is essential to provide a mobile number so we or the delivery driver can contact you if there are any issues. For orders of this nature, we may contact you after ordering online to discuss delivery options, site restrictions, or offloading requirements.
