ARBOFLEX PU One Component PU Primer 5kg

ARBOFLEX PU PRIMER is a single-component, low viscosity, high solids content polyurethane resin. It has been specifically designed to increase bonding and improve the surface levelling of the substrates before the application of ARBOFLEX PU.

Product Application: 

• It is specifically designed to increase the adherence and improve planimetry of the substrates where the ARBOFLEX waterproofing liquid system will be applied.
• To apply to porous substrates such as concrete, mortar, or plywood.
• Highly recommended as a bonding material on waterproofing membrane repairs, refurbishments and overlap work.

Coverage:

• Depending on the condition of the surface to be treated, the yield can vary between 100~200g/m, in one or several thin layers (do not apply thick coats)
• In applications onto existing PUA and PU membranes, the consumption will be between 50-100g/m
• It can be applied with a brush or a roller

Product Features

• Single-component polyurethane-based resin.
• Requires a flat, clean, dry and solid surface.
• Can be applied on porous surfaces: concrete, cement, and on plywood (not suitable for OSB).
• Can be diluted in support of low absorption.
• Can be applied with a brush or a roller.
• Can be applied on surfaces with a maximum surface humidity of 5%.
• Do not apply to surfaces that are damp or exuding water from the interior of the substrate (water pressure due to phreatic level, condensation leaks, etc.).
• Can be applied in combination with mineral particles (silica sand) on very uneven surfaces.
• High solids content.
• Translucent.
• Excellent bond on porous surfaces.

Storage Life

12 months for each product at temperatures between 5° C and 35° C, provided it is stored in a dry place. Once the tin has been opened, the product must be used immediately

When do you dispatch orders?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually processed and dispatched the next working day. Some items, if ordered before 10:00 AM, maybe dispatched on the same day. Please contact us if you would like to request this. Same-day dispatch is limited to non-cut items, non-hazardous or heavy items.

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on the product and delivery location. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout, the delivery price will be displayed. We keep delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates charged by our delivery partners.

How long will my delivery take?

Most orders are usually delivered on the second working day. In some cases, delivery may take until the third working day due to location or courier issues. These are guidelines only, please contact us if your order has not arrived by the second working day or tracking is showing any issues.
