ARBOFLEX PU Sealant 300ml

ARBOFLEX PU SEALANT is a one-part polyurethane sealant which cures on exposure to moisture vapour to form a tough but flexible membrane. ARBOFLEX PU SEALANT has good adhesion to concrete, brickwork, metals and many other common construction substrates.

Main Applications:

• Recommended for use in floor joints, expansion joints and structural cladding applications.

Joint Preparation:

The joint surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all contamination. The surfaces should be degreased using the appropriate Arboflex Cleaner. Primers may be required on some substrates. It is recommended that our technical department be consulted and advice obtained with regard to the choice of primer for specific purposes.

Joint Backing:

Where applicable, appropriate joint filler, e.g. closed cell polyethylene foam, should be used to provide the correct joint depth.

Joint Size Suitability:

• Joint Width: Minimum 6mm & Maximum 25mm (single application)
• Joint Depth: Minimum 10mm on porous substrates / Minimum 6mm on non-porous substrates & Maximum 20mm

When do you dispatch orders?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually processed and dispatched the next working day. Some items, if ordered before 10:00 AM, maybe dispatched on the same day. Please contact us if you would like to request this. Same-day dispatch is limited to non-cut items, non-hazardous or heavy items.

Delivery costs vary depending on the product and delivery location. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout, the delivery price will be displayed. We keep delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates charged by our delivery partners.

How long will my delivery take?

Most orders are usually delivered on the second working day. In some cases, delivery may take until the third working day due to location or courier issues. These are guidelines only, please contact us if your order has not arrived by the second working day or tracking is showing any issues.
