ARBOFLEX PU is the quick & cost-effective waterproof solution you need. This product is made from pure liquid polyurethane and becomes instantly water resistant on application. As soon as this product is cured it forms a seamless, elastic membrane that is waterproof and has a life expectancy of 25 years.

Gone are the days of ripping up your current substrate to replace your leaking roof. Arboflex can be installed straight over a range of substrates such as felt, metal, cement and even asbestos. This versatile product is not only suitable for waterproofing flat and low-pitched roofs, but it is also suitable for balconies, swimming pools, artificial lakes and flooring. Surface preparation:

In general, the following factors should be taken into account:

• Surface preparation (fill the cracks and fissures, remove old existing waterproofing paints, etc).
• Clean the surface, removing any debris and existing chippings.
• Ensure roof substrate has suitable strength to withstand the liquid system.

You can apply ARBOFLEX PU liquid waterproofing membrane over several supports and materials.

Repairs:

In case of accidental damage to the membrane such as drilling, the following steps can be followed:

• Cut, removal of the affected area and/or damaged surface.
• Sanding this area extending about 20~30cm. around the perimeter, for overlapping security.
• Apply a thin layer (50-100g/m²) of polyurethane resin ARBOFLEX PU PRIMER.
• Allow for curing.
• Apply ARBOFLEX PU with ARBOFLEX PU ACCELERATOR.
• Apply ARBOFLEX PU UV PROTECT.

Shelf life and storage

• Expires after 12 months from the date of manufacturing. Store in a dry place in temperatures between 5° C and 35° C.
• Once the tin has been opened, the product must be used immediately.

When do you dispatch orders?

We aim to have orders processed and dispatched on the same day when ordered before 12pm. However some items such as cut to size rubber or larger orders may not be dispatched until the following day. They will however be delivered within the estimated delivery time.
