What comes in my ARBOFLEX Liquid Flat Roofing Kit

We provide 4 kit types and 5 sizes from 10sq.m to 50 sq.m. If you need larger sizes please add multiple kits.

Square Edge Timber Kit: 

• ARBOFLEX PU Sealant (Used on the board edges and roof perimeter)
• ARBOFLEX PU Liquid
• 225g Matting
• UV Topcoat (Suitable for both OSB3 and PlyWood)

Concrete Kit: 

• ARBOFLEX PU Primer
• ARBOFLEX PU Sealant (Used on the roof perimeter)
• ARBOFLEX PU Liquid
• 225g Matting
• UV Topcoat  (Suitable for felt and asphalt overlays)

Felt Overlay Kit: 

• ARBOFLEX PU Sealant (Used on the roof perimeter)
• ARBOFLEX PU Liquid
• 225g Matting
• UV Topcoat

T&G and Smooth Overlay Kit: 

• ARBOFLEX PU Sealant (Used on the roof perimeter)
• ARBOFLEX PU Liquid
• 225g Matting
• UV Topcoat (Suitable for T+G OSB3, GRP, Liquid & Metal Roof Overlays)

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

• You will need to install Kerb Trims and Gutter Drip Trims on the appropriate edges, PU sealant will be provided in the kit to suit the full perimeter however the trims ARE NOT provided in the kit. This allows you to order trims specific to your roof.
• Within our kits we have allowed enough material for 1-2 wall edges. If your roof has extra upstands/wall edges then ARBOFLEX thickener may be required.

Recommended items to complete your roof:

• ARBOFLEX PU Thickener (for any vertical sections)
• ARBOFLEX PU Sealant (for cracks in the centre of the subdeck)
• Kerb Trims and Gutter Drip Trims
• Tools

When do you dispatch orders?

We aim to have orders processed and dispatched on the same day when ordered before 12pm. However some items such as cut to size rubber or larger orders may not be dispatched until the following day. They will however be delivered within the estimated delivery time.

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery costs vary depending on what product is ordered and where it is being delivered to. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout the delivery prices will be stated. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.

How long will my delivery take?

On the product page you will see our usual lead time for our items, these are above the ADD TO BASKET button. These are a guide only and we aim to get your items delivered to you ASAP.
