225g CSM Fibreglass Matting (Per SQ.M)

The 225g Chopped Strand Matting provides excellent reinforcement and is used in ARBOFLEX and Flexitec 2020 systems. It helps ensure a consistent application of resin whilst providing a tough, smooth finish.

Sold per sq.m: Please add the sq.m you require in the quantity box.

Important: Please allow 10% extra matting for overlaps and wastage.

For Flexitec 2020 Application:

• Apply by roller approximately two-thirds of the resin to the roof surface, the matting is laid in place with a 50mm overlap.
• Work the matting into the resin before applying the remaining one-third of resin.
• See Application Manual for detailed instructions.

For ARBOFLEX PU Application:

• Apply by roller approximately two-thirds of the resin to the roof surface, the matting is laid in place with a 50mm overlap.
• Dry roll the matting into the resin before applying the remaining one-third of resin.

When do you dispatch orders?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually processed and dispatched the next working day. Some items, if ordered before 10:00 AM, maybe dispatched on the same day. Please contact us if you would like to request this. Same-day dispatch is limited to non-cut items, non-hazardous or heavy items.

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on the product and delivery location. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout, the delivery price will be displayed. We keep delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates charged by our delivery partners.

How long will my delivery take?

Most orders are usually delivered on the second working day. In some cases, delivery may take until the third working day due to location or courier issues. These are guidelines only, please contact us if your order has not arrived by the second working day or tracking is showing any issues.

You will receive an email with your order tracking details or an estimated delivery date, followed by an updated ETA on the day of delivery.
