ARBOFLEX PU THICKENER is a polymeric thickener, developed specifically as a liquid additive for the polyurethane liquid membrane ARBOFLEX PU. For use on vertical or sloped surfaces, providing thixotropic properties.

Product Application

Additive for ARBOFLEX PU to be applied on vertical or sloped surfaces. Prevent sagging of the membrane due to its drying time.

Application Method

Add ARBOFLEX® PU THICKENER in the proportion needed (maximum 800 ml per 20 kg of ARBOFLEX PU) in the drum of the ARBOFLEX PU.
The mixing ratio is relative to site conditions.
Continue mixing until the product is homogeneous.
If the outside temperature is lower than 5º, heat before mixing with ARBOFLEX PU.

Coverage

Add ARBOFLEX PU THICKENER in the proportion needed (maximum 800 ml per 20 kg of ARBOFLEX PU) in the drum of the ARBOFLEX PU.

A single 1L tin will thicken approx 25kg

Properties

Density at 23 ºC ISO 1675: 0.9 g/cm3
Solids content ISO 1768: 26%
Viscosity at 23 ºC ISO 2555: 20~50 cps

Shelf life

12 months at temperatures between 5° C and 35° C, provided it is stored in a dry place.

When do you dispatch orders?

If your order is placed before 12pm we aim to have these processed and dispatched on that same day. However some items have an earlier cut off time and will be dispatched the following day.
