• Quick Install - Utilising the innovative loose lay system, the pedestals can be installed swiftly and efficiently. For paving applications, simply place your new porcelain system directly onto the pedestals, ensuring a sleek and straightforward installation process. Additionally, for parameters and corner details, the pedestals can be easily snapped in half or quadrants, allowing for a perfect finish every time.
• Stackable / Adjustable - The pedestals are stackable, allowing for increased height range. Additionally, each pedestal comes with a shim kit. By inserting the shims on top of the main pedestal, you can adjust the height thresholds by increments as small as 1mm. For higher height ranges, additional shims are available for purchase.
• Save Money on Grout! - Looking to create a new patio? Save time and money by loose laying your new paving slabs over the existing surface using fixed height pedestals. This method not only resolves existing ponding or drainage issues without the need for a complete rebuild but also offers the flexibility to adjust and move the patio system at any time.

When do you dispatch orders?

If your order is placed before 12pm we aim to have these processed and dispatched on that same day. However some items have an earlier cut off time and will be dispatched the following day. 

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery costs vary depending on what product is ordered and where it is being delivered to. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout the delivery prices will be stated. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.

How long will my delivery take?

On the product page you will see our usual lead time for our items, these are above the ADD TO BASKET button. These are a guide only and we aim to get your items delivered to you ASAP.

Please Note: Larger orders of the Liberty Porcelain Tiles will take 2 - 4 weeks as they will be manufactured in a batch to avoid variations that can happen in different batches. We would suggest for larger orders of 2 pallets or more that they are ordered in bulk to ensure they can be from the same batch to ensure the best uniform finish from the product.
