Recommendation: We recommend that an extra 5/10% of material is bought at the time of order to allow for measurement errors, tile breakage on site or incorrect quantities ordered. This is because these tiles are made in batches so colours and textures can vary and if extra tiles are ordered at a later date we cannot gurantee they will be a perfect match due to the nature of manufacturing.

When do you dispatch orders?

If your order is placed before 12pm we aim to have these processed and dispatched on that same day. However some items have an earlier cut off time and will be dispatched the following day.

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery costs vary depending on what product is ordered and where it is being delivered to. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout the delivery prices will be stated. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.

How long will my delivery take?

On the product page you will see our usual lead time for our items, these are above the ADD TO BASKET button. These are a guide only and we aim to get your items delivered to you ASAP.

Please Note: Larger orders of the Liberty Porcelain Tiles will take 2 – 4 weeks as they will be manufactured in a batch to avoid variations that can happen in different batches. We would suggest for larger orders of 2 pallets or more that they are ordered in bulk to ensure they can be from the same batch to ensure the best uniform finish from the product.
