Rockwool UB34 56mm - 600 x 1200mm

Rockwool Hardrock UB34 56mm is manufactured from volcanic stone, which produces a non-combustible upstand insulation board and is used in flat roof. The boards are compatible with a range of flat roof systems, including single-ply and inverted.

Sold in single sheets or as a half pallet 36 sheets and full pallet 72 sheets

Installation Instructions:

• Installation will vary depending on the roof system being installed. For specific guidance please refer to the relevant waterproofing manufacturer.
• At a minimum we recommend there is always at least one centrally located insulation fixing per board.
• When installed, provided that the top surface is protected by a sill or cover, HARDROCK UB34 is suitable for long term exposure - for example when used in conjunction with an inverted roof system.

When do you dispatch orders?

If your order is placed before 12pm we aim to have these processed and dispatched onto our lorries the next day.

However, sometimes our lorries are already full and booked, so this might be 2 to 5 working days after you place your order. Some areas are also subject to set delivery days due to their distance from the local branch.

Please ensure to leave a mobile number so that we can contact you with your delivery date once we have received confirmation from the local branch. This also allows ourselves or the delivery driver to contact you if there are any issues with your delivery.

What time will my order be delivered?

Orders can be delivered any time between 7am and 6pm

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery costs vary depending on what product is ordered and where it is being delivered to. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout the delivery prices will be stated. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.

How long will my delivery take?

On the product page you will see our usual lead time for our items, these are above the ADD TO BASKET button. These are a guide only and we aim to get your items delivered to you ASAP.

Where will you deliver my order to?

Please note that all of our deliveries are kerbside only and it is your responsibility to get it from the Kerb onto your property. It is at the discretion of the courier where the order is left.

Please ensure you have ample space to offload.

Delivery access and site restrictions

We use pallet couriers for these items and they tend to be delivered on large 18T/26T lorries.

A Rigid lorry is approximately 18 / 26 tonnes with the capacity for 12 / 14 pallets. They are usualy 10m / 12m Long, 4m high and 2.6m wide as an average.

Please ensure you advise us of any restrictions or access issues you may forsee with this size vehicle, failure to do so may result in extra delivery charges.

Please advise if you are unavailable on the delivery date you are advised of by email as failed deliveries are unfortunately subject to a re delivery charge.
