• Stackable / Adjustable – The pedestals are stackable, allowing for increased height range. Additionally, each pedestal comes with a shim kit. By inserting the shims on top of the main pedestal, you can adjust the height thresholds by increments as small as 1mm. For higher height ranges, additional shims are available for purchase.

When do you dispatch orders?

If your order is placed before 12pm we aim to have these processed and dispatched on that same day. However some items have an earlier cut off time and will be dispatched the following day.

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery costs vary depending on what product is ordered and where it is being delivered to. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout the delivery prices will be stated. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.

How long will my delivery take?

On the product page you will see our usual lead time for our items, these are above the ADD TO BASKET button. These are a guide only and we aim to get your items delivered to you ASAP.

Please Note: Larger orders of the Liberty Porcelain Tiles will take 2 – 4 weeks as they will be manufactured in a batch to avoid variations that can happen in different batches. We would suggest for larger orders of 2 pallets or more that they are ordered in bulk to ensure they can be from the same batch to ensure the best uniform finish from the product.
