Important Notes:

  • When ordering RESTEC GRPROOF 1010 Catalyst, please add the amount you will require for the Base Resin and the Top Coat to find the total amount required.
  • To convert kg to ml for dispensing, use the ratio of 1kg = 1170ml.

Catalyst Ratios

The GRPROOF 1010 Catalyst Ratios by Coat Type:

Once the air, deck and resin temperature have been checked the following ratios can be used as a guideline:

Resin Base Coat – Calculations:

  • 5-10 °C = 4% ratio therefore 1kg will catalyse 25kg
  • 11-17 °C = 3% ratio therefore 1kg will catalyse 33kg
  • 18-25 °C = 2% ratio therefore 1kg will catalyse 50kg
  • 26-30 °C = 1% ratio therefore 1kg will catalyse 100kg

Top Coat – Calculations:

  • 5-17 °C = 3% ratio therefore 1kg will catalyse 33kg
  • 18-25 °C = 2% ratio therefore 1kg will catalyse 50kg
  • 26-30 °C = 1% ratio therefore 1kg will catalyse 100kg

Delivery

When do you dispatch orders?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually processed and dispatched the next working day. Some items, if ordered before 10:00 AM, maybe dispatched on the same day. Please contact us if you would like to request this. Same-day dispatch is limited to non-cut items, non-hazardous or heavy items.

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on the product and delivery location. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout, the delivery price will be displayed. We keep delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates charged by our delivery partners.

How long will my delivery take?

Most orders are usually delivered on the second working day. In some cases, delivery may take until the third working day due to location or courier issues. These are guidelines only, please contact us if your order has not arrived by the second working day or tracking is showing any issues.

You will receive an email with your order tracking details or an estimated delivery date, followed by an updated ETA on the day of delivery.

Each product page shows the usual lead time below the “Add to Basket” button. These times are a guide, and we aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

Why do we need your contact number

It is essential to provide a mobile number so we or the delivery driver can contact you if there are any issues. For orders of this nature, we may contact you after the order is placed to discuss delivery options, site restrictions, or offloading requirements.
