The GRP1010 Base Resin is primarily designed for use in the fibre reinforced base layer of the GRP Roof 1010 liquid applied roofing system.

Specially formulated to provide durable waterproof protection, GRP Roof 1010 has been developed by the leading polyester chemists at Res-Tec specifically for the purpose of flat roofing – unlike many other GRP roofing products. Every batch is made to a rigorous specification for consistent high quality roofing performance.

The system is LABC approved for ensured compliance with building regulations, fully fire tested and supported by the UK manufacturers RES-TEC.

Coverage When Used With 450 GSM Matting – 450g/m² matting coverage rate of 1.2 Kg/m² (plus 10% for wastage during application 1.32Kg/m²)

• 10Kg Tin – 7.6 m² (Allowing 10% waste)
• 20Kg Tin – 15.2 m² (Allowing 10% waste)

Coverage When Used With 600 GSM Matting – The thicker matting option uses more resin to wet out 600g/m² Matting coverage rate of 1.6 Kg/m² (plus 10% for wastage during application 1.76Kg/m²)

• 10Kg Tin – 5.7 m² (Allowing 10% waste)
• 20Kg Tin – 11.4 m² (Allowing 10% waste)

When do you dispatch orders?

We aim to have orders processed and dispatched on the same day when ordered before 12pm. However some items such as cut to size rubber or larger orders may not be dispatched until the following day. They will however be delivered within the estimated delivery time.

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery costs vary depending on what product is ordered and where it is being delivered to. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout the delivery prices will be stated. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.
