When it comes to flat roof replacements, the RESTEC GRPROOF 1010 System offers unrivalled performance at exceptional value and a genuinely long-lasting solution.

The GRP1010 Base Resin is primarily designed for use in the fibre reinforced base layer of the GRPROOF 1010 liquid applied roofing system.

Specially formulated to provide durable waterproof protection, GRPROOF 1010 has been developed by the leading polyester chemists at Res-Tec specifically for the purpose of flat roofing – unlike many other GRP roofing products. Every batch is made to a rigorous specification for consistent high-quality roofing performance.

The system is LABC approved for ensured compliance with building regulations, fully fire tested and supported by the UK manufacturers RES-TEC.

Coverage When Used With 450 GSM Matting – 450g/m² matting coverage rate of 1.2 Kg/m² (plus 10% for wastage during application 1.32Kg/m²)

  • 10Kg Tin – 7.6 m² (Allowing 10% waste)
  • 20Kg Tin – 15.2 m² (Allowing 10% waste)

Coverage When Used With 600 GSM Matting – The thicker matting option uses more resin to wet out 600g/m² Matting coverage rate of 1.6 Kg/m² (plus 10% for wastage during application 1.76Kg/m²)

  • 10Kg Tin – 5.7 m² (Allowing 10% waste)
  • 20Kg Tin – 11.4 m² (Allowing 10% waste)

Delivery

When do you dispatch orders?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually processed and dispatched the next working day. Some items, if ordered before 10:00 AM, maybe dispatched on the same day. Please contact us if you would like to request this. Same-day dispatch is limited to non-cut items, non-hazardous or heavy items.

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on the product and delivery location. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout, the delivery price will be displayed. We keep delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates charged by our delivery partners.

How long will my delivery take?

Most orders are usually delivered on the second working day. In some cases, delivery may take until the third working day due to location or courier issues. These are guidelines only, please contact us if your order has not arrived by the second working day or tracking is showing any issues.

You will receive an email with your order tracking details or an estimated delivery date, followed by an updated ETA on the day of delivery.

Each product page shows the usual lead time below the “Add to Basket” button. These times are a guide, and we aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible.
