Flexitec 2020 Primer

Flexitec 2020 Primer is used to prime many roof surfaces prior to application of the Flexitec 2020 resin.

IMPORTANT: Failure to prime porous surfaces, such as concrete, brickwork, tissue-faced insulation or plywood may result in an under-cure of the Flexitec 2020 resin and potential system failure.

The Flexitec 2020 Primer should be used on all porous, bituminous, cementitious, timber and PVC single ply substrates. The primer is used in conjunction with the powder hardener to initiate the curing process. This is added in different quantities dependent on temperature.

This primer is applied at a coverage rate of 4-6m2 per litre dependent on the surface roughness. Please see application manual for more information.

Applications:

• OSB3 T&G: Only primer required on the board joints
• OSB3 Square Edge: Primer to be used with the taping matting on all joints for reinforcement

When do you dispatch orders?

We aim to have orders processed and dispatched on the same day when ordered before 12pm. However some items such as cut to size rubber or larger orders may not be dispatched until the following day. They will however be delivered within the estimated delivery time.

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery costs vary depending on what product is ordered and where it is being delivered to. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout the delivery prices will be stated. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.
