Flexitec 2020 Powder Hardener - 1kg

Flexitec 2020 Powder Hardener is designed to be added to Flexitec 2020 Primer & Resins to initiate the curing process.

Flexitec 2020 Primer & Resins require Powder Hardener at a minimum of 2% and a maximum of 4% depending on temperature.

To ensure that the curing process is not impeded:

• Never use less than 2% even in hot conditions.
• Never use more than 4% even in cold conditions.
• Consult the application guide for correct use of this product.
• Note: It is not recommended to Catalyse more than 5kg of primer and 10kg of resin at a time to ensure sufficient working times and consistency.

Recommended FlexiTec 2020 Powder Hardener Addition Rate:

• 5-10°C* – 4% – 4 Scoops per 1L of Resin or Primer
• 11-17°C – 3% – 3 Scoops per 1L of Resin or Primer
• 18-30°C – 2% – 2 Scoops per 1L of Resin or Primer

*Between 1-10°C it is recommended to use the winter accelerator for the resin or primer.

When do you dispatch orders?

We aim to have orders processed and dispatched on the same day when ordered before 12pm. However some items such as cut to size rubber or larger orders may not be dispatched until the following day. They will however be delivered within the estimated delivery time.

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery costs vary depending on what product is ordered and where it is being delivered to. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout the delivery prices will be stated. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.
