EPDM Rubber Roof Repair Kit

The EPDM Rubber Roof Repair Kit is used to repair punctures and damage to EPDM rubber roof membranes, such as the ClassicBond EPDM.

Although EPDM is an extremely durable and resilient membrane, occasional punctures or damage can occur. With the EPDM repair kit, resolving the damage couldn't be easier!

Installation Notes:

1. Clean the area around the damage with either EPDM cleaner or soapy water
2. Loose lay the patch over the area to be repaired, and using a marker, create an outline on the membrane
3. Apply Primer to this marked out area and  allow to dry (5-10 mins depending on ambient temperature)
4. Remove plastic and apply patch to primed area (Shiny side down)
5. Use a seam roller to apply pressure to the entire patch and ensure good adhesion

When do you dispatch orders?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually processed and dispatched the next working day. Some items, if ordered before 10:00 AM, maybe dispatched on the same day. Please contact us if you would like to request this. Same-day dispatch is limited to non-cut items, non-hazardous or heavy items.

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on the product and delivery location. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout, the delivery price will be displayed. We keep delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates charged by our delivery partners.

How long will my delivery take?

Most orders are usually delivered on the second working day. In some cases, delivery may take until the third working day due to location or courier issues. These are guidelines only, please contact us if your order has not arrived by the second working day or tracking is showing any issues.

You will receive an email with your order tracking details or an estimated delivery date, followed by an updated ETA on the day of delivery.
