ELOTENE Vapour Barrier

Explore the high-quality vapour barrier by Elotene! Elotene’s DSN vapour barrier is made of an aluminium top surface that’s reinforced twice by an integral glass fibre and polyester film. The high-tensile strength and puncture resistance make this an extremely durable vapour barrier.

A “high-tack” self-adhesive bitumen layer is also imprinted on the underside which adheres to the roof deck below. The Instar Primer is used on the substrate below to ensure a secure adhesion.

Suitable for use on most common substrates such as concrete, plywood/OSB and metal decks. The high integral strength of Elotene DSN withstands puncturing from foot traffic when used on profiled metal decks.

Please Note: The 10m, 20m and 30m rolls are cut to size in our warehouse as the manufacturer does not supply rolls smaller than 40m. The 10m, 20m and 30m rolls will be delivered wrapped, usually in shrink-film, but without the Elotene paper branded wrapping. Only the 40m rolls will have the paper branded wrapping. This allows for less wastage on jobs and makes Elotene more accessible to a range of project sizes.

When do you dispatch orders?

We aim to have orders processed and dispatched on the same day when ordered before 12pm. However some items such as cut to size rubber or larger orders may not be dispatched until the following day. They will however be delivered within the estimated delivery time.

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery costs vary depending on what product is ordered and where it is being delivered to. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout the delivery prices will be stated. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.
