Ecotherm InnoTorch - Bitumen Faced PIR

The Ecotherm Inno-Torch bitumen faced PIR is a flat roof insulation board suitable for use with torch on and roll and pour felt systems, mastic asphalt and fully adhered single ply systems, on concrete, timber or metal decks.

Ecotherm Inno-Torch is compatible with multiple waterproofing systems, benefiting from high compressive strength and excellent dimensional stability. This ensures the flat surface finish required for optimum performance in new build and refurbishment projects.

Ecotherm Inno-Torch comprises a fibre-free rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core faced with coated glass tissue on one side and bituminised glass tissue with polypropylene fleece on the other.

Ecotherm Inno-Torch comes from the same factory as Kingspan and is an alternative board to Kingspan TR24 with exactly the same specification. Ecotherm Inno-Torch was previously Ecotherm EcoTorch.

When do you dispatch orders?

If your order is placed before 12pm we aim to have these processed and dispatched onto our lorries the next day.

However, sometimes our lorries are already full and booked, so this might be 2 to 5 working days after you place your order. Some areas are also subject to set delivery days due to their distance from the local branch.

Please ensure to leave a mobile number so that we can contact you with your delivery date once we have received confirmation from the local branch. This also allows ourselves or the delivery driver to contact you if there are any issues with your delivery.

What time will my order be delivered?

Orders can be delivered any time between 7am and 6pm

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery costs vary depending on what product is ordered and where it is being delivered to. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout the delivery prices will be stated. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.

How long will my delivery take?

On the product page you will see our usual lead time for our items, these are above the ADD TO BASKET button. These are a guide only and we aim to get your items delivered to you ASAP.

Where will you deliver my order to?

Please note that all of our deliveries are kerbside only and it is your responsibility to get it from the Kerb onto your property. It is at the discretion of the courier where the order is left.

Please ensure you have ample space to offload.

Delivery access and site restrictions

We use pallet couriers for these items and they tend to be delivered on large 18T/26T lorries.

A Rigid lorry is approximately 18 / 26 tonnes with the capacity for 12 / 14 pallets. They are usualy 10m / 12m Long, 4m high and 2.6m wide as an average.

Please ensure you advise us of any restrictions or access issues you may forsee with this size vehicle, failure to do so may result in extra delivery charges.

Please advise if you are unavailable on the delivery date you are advised of by email as failed deliveries are unfortunately subject to a re delivery charge.
