Description

Pedeck Composite Decking Boards are a wood polymer composite (WPC) decking system manufactured in the UK using recycled materials. Designed as a durable and sustainable alternative to traditional timber decking, Pedeck boards provide a long-lasting, low-maintenance solution suitable for a wide range of construction and landscaping applications.

The boards are manufactured from a carefully balanced blend of sustainably sourced hardwood fibres and recycled HDPE polymer. Approximately 55% of the material is hardwood flour, while 45% consists of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) derived from recycled plastic milk bottles. This combination creates a strong, weather-resistant decking board that offers the natural appearance of timber with the durability and performance of modern composite materials.

Pedeck decking is also designed with sustainability in mind. All boards are fully recyclable, and any material returned to Pedeck is recycled back into future production batches.

The system is specifically designed for use on flat roof areas, when installed with Pedeck adjustable pedestals, decking beams, and compatible accessories.

Each decking board measures 146mm wide and 25mm thick, providing a robust and stable decking surface suitable for both residential and commercial applications.
