When do you dispatch orders?

If your order is placed before 12pm we aim to have these processed and dispatched on that same day. However some items have an earlier cut off time and will be dispatched the following day.

We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.

Please Note: Larger orders of the Liberty Porcelain Tiles will take 2 – 4 weeks as they will be manufactured in a batch to avoid variations that can happen in different batches. We would suggest for larger orders of 2 pallets or more that they are ordered in bulk to ensure they can be from the same batch to ensure the best uniform finish from the product.
