This ClassicBond EPDM Dormer Rubber Roof Kit is designed to be used for structures where the front edge has a gutter (across the width) and back opposite edge adjoins a pitched roof. We have inlcluded kerb edge trims for the two remaining sides (Depth). It is easy to install, looks great and has a life expectancy of up to 50 years!

This complete kit includes everything you need for installation including the reliable 1.2mm ClassicBond EPDM rubber membrane, compatible adhesives and edging trims.

If you are unsure if this is the right kit for your project then try our super simple ClassicBond EPDM roofing calculator which will use all of your dimensions and requirements to create a bespoke kit.

    IMPORTANT: The EPDM membrane size is the exact same as the size stated  on the kit. You will need to allow for extra for each edge to allow for overlaps. We recommend a minimum of 150mm per edge so for example if  you select the 4.0m x 2.0m kit the roof you are covering should be no bigger than 3.7m x 1.7m.

      When do you dispatch orders?

      Questions & Answers

      Both of these are made from EPDM rubber, ClassicBond is 1.2mm & 1.5mm thick whereas SkyGuard is 1.0mm thick. This means the SkyGuard is for use on outbuildings, sheds and any other building not covered by building regs as this requires an EPDM that is 1.14mm thick as a minimum. ClassicBond can be used on all roof types.

      There isn’t much difference between the systems ClassicBond or Firestone now known as Elevate, both are EPDM membranes that come in similar thickness and are installed in a very similar way. They both have BBA certificates and life spans of 50 years. So there isn’t much between them, we here at UKFR prefer the ClassicBond system as it is slightly thicker than the Elevate for the standard system and as an overall system is slightly more affordable.

      ClassicBond EPDM holds a 35 year BBA certificate and a life expectancy of 50 years. If you want to get a materials guarantee we also offer training with our partner company that once trained and qualified each roof can get a 20 year materials guarantee. You would also be on our list of approved installers and if any customer needs anywork in your area we pass these leads to you.

      ClassicBond is simple to install, it can be installed onto a variety of surfaces and detail sections.
