Safe paths on flat roofs

REGUPOL walkway standard - the elastic roof and paving tiles for building and marking maintenance routes on flat roofs and protection from the sealing system. The material is fire retardant, drainable, highly visible and slip-resistant when wet.

The elastic roof and walkway tiles REGUPOL walkway standard are used for maintenance paths on flat roofs with photovoltaic, solar, antenna or other technical installations. As a protective membrane, the dense, viscoplastic material protects the waterproofing from damage. 

A simple dowel plug-in system makes the panels easy to lay and connect to form homogenous surfaces or maintenance paths that are ready for use immediately. The material is flame retardant and, when laid over the entire surface, is classified as "hard roofing".  REGUPOL walkway standard is resistant to flying sparks and radiant heat and reduces the fire load on flat roofs. 

The available colours red and black clearly mark the maintenance paths even in poor visibility. Their undersides have criss-crossing drainage grooves so that they can be laid in any position relative to the direction of slope. REGUPOL walkway standard tiles can be laid directly on bituminous membranes, though an additional aluminium lamination is required with some plastic waterproofing (PVC-soft). 

Our REGUPOL walkway standard tiles consist of up to 95 percent PUR-bonded, recovered and recycled rubber granules and is therefore a perfect example of the circular economy, or upcycling, in practice.

• Lower weight compared to concrete paving slabs enables installation even where static restrictions are in force.

• This high-density material is open to water vapour diffusion, is viscoplastic and protects waterproofing systems from damage.
• Drainage system on the underside to prevent waterlogging. 
• The flame-retardant finish ensures resistance to flying sparks and radiant heat. The product is therefore classified as ‘hard roofing’ (BROOF t1). 
• Safety: resistance to flying sparks and radiant heat reduces fire load on flat roofs.
• Material thickness of 30 and 43 mm, depending on requirements and wind load, available from stock in red and black. Other colours on request.

When do you dispatch orders?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually processed and dispatched on the same day. Some items have an earlier cut-off time and will be dispatched the following day.

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on the product and delivery location. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout, the delivery price will be displayed. We keep delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates charged by our delivery partners.

Why do we need your contact number

It is essential to provide a mobile number so we or the delivery driver can contact you if there are any issues. For orders of this nature, we may contact you after the order is placed to discuss delivery options, site restrictions, or offloading requirements.

How long will my delivery take?

Each product page shows the usual lead time below the “Add to Basket” button. These times are a guide only, and we aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

Please note: Larger orders of Liberty Porcelain Tiles take 2–4 weeks as they are manufactured in batches to ensure colour consistency and avoid variations between batches. For orders of 2 pallets or more, we recommend ordering in bulk to ensure all tiles come from the same batch and achieve a uniform finish.

Delivery access and site restrictions

For larger order we use pallet couriers for these items and they tend to be delivered on large 18T/26T lorries.

A Rigid lorry is approximately 18 / 26 tonnes with the capacity for 12 / 14 pallets. They are usually 10m / 12m Long, 4m high and 2.6m wide as an average.
