PRO-GRP Catalyst - Hardener

The PROGRP Catalyst is the product used to harden the resin when installing the PRO GRP system. The rate of catalyst required is dependent on the temperature. It is not recommended to install below 5°C.

• 20°C to 30°C 1% is needed - so 1L of resin with 10ml of catalyst
• 13°C to 19°C 2% is needed - so 1L of resin with 20ml of catalyst
• 9°C to 12°C 3% is needed - so 1L of resin with 30ml of catalyst
• 5°C to 8°C 4% is needed - so 1L of resin with 40ml of catalyst

Note: These temperature breaks are approximate only. It's always best to test catalyst conditions with your first mix and adjust up or down depending on how fast or slow it sets

When do you dispatch orders?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually processed and dispatched the next working day. Some items, if ordered before 10:00 AM, maybe dispatched on the same day. Please contact us if you would like to request this. Same-day dispatch is limited to non-cut items, non-hazardous or heavy items.

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on the product and delivery location. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout, the delivery price will be displayed. We keep delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates charged by our delivery partners.

How long will my delivery take?

Most orders are usually delivered on the second working day. In some cases, delivery may take until the third working day due to location or courier issues. These are guidelines only, please contact us if your order has not arrived by the second working day or tracking is showing any issues.
