GRP Fibreglass Roof Repair Kit

The GRP Fibreglass Roof Repair Kit is your ultimate solution for fixing punctures, pinholes, cracks, and other damages to GRP fibreglass roofs. It’s also perfect for a full roof revamp. Our easy-to-use products are specifically designed for efficient and long-lasting fibreglass repairs.

Unlike other kits that only provide a short-term fix by patching with a topcoat, our comprehensive repair system ensures that your roof remains waterproof and protected for up to 10-15 years, compared to the typical 1-3 year lifespan of standard repairs.

Preparation:

1. Sand the fibreglass surface with 40-grade sandpaper.
2. Wipe clean with acetone to ensure it is dust-free and completely dry.
3. Sand out or fill any large cracks.

Application Instructions:

1. For Matting - Cracks and Patches:
   • Mix the resin and catalyst and then apply approx 60% to the roof.
   • Use the short pile roller to apply the mixture onto the repair area.
   • Lay the chopped strand matting onto the wet resin.
   • Roll over the remaining resin to saturate the matting with resin.
2. For Flexitec 2020 System:
   • Your repair is complete after rolling the resin into the matting.
3. For GRP1010 System:
   • Once the resin and matting have dried, apply the GRP Roofing Topcoat.

When do you dispatch orders?

We aim to have orders processed and dispatched on the same day when ordered before 12pm. However some items such as cut to size rubber or larger orders may not be dispatched until the following day. They will however be delivered within the estimated delivery time.

Our delivery costs vary depending on what product is ordered and where it is being delivered to. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout the delivery prices will be stated. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates that our delivery partners charge us.
