Description

Deckdrain is used in civil engineering and construction drainage applications, including bridge abutments, buried structures, retaining walls, tunnels, roof gardens and covered potable water reservoirs. Deckdrain geocomposite consists of a high-strength flexible polyethylene cuspated core with a non-woven filter geotextile bonded onto one or both sides. The geotextile filters a wide range of materials whilst allowing water to percolate into the core of the geocomposite before draining to a discharge point.

Delivery

When do you dispatch orders?

If your order is placed before 12:00 PM, we aim to process and dispatch it on our lorries the next working day.

However, sometimes our lorries are already full or fully booked, so dispatch may take 2–5 working days from the date your order is placed. Some areas are also subject to set delivery days due to their distance from the local branch.

Please provide a mobile number so we can contact you with your confirmed delivery date. This also allows us or the delivery driver to reach you if there are any issues with your delivery.

What time will my order be delivered?

Deliveries can occur any time between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on the product and the delivery location. When you add items to your basket and proceed to checkout, the applicable delivery charges will be displayed.

We keep delivery costs as low as possible and only pass on the rates charged by our delivery partners.

How long will my delivery take?

Each product page displays an estimated lead time below the “Add to Basket” button. These are guidelines only, and we aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

Where will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are kerbside only. It is your responsibility to move the items from the kerb onto your property. The courier will decide where the order is left.

Please ensure there is ample space for unloading.

Delivery access and site restrictions

We use pallet couriers for our items, typically delivered on large 18T or 26T lorries:

  • Length: 10–12 meters
  • Height: 4 meters
  • Width: 2.6 meters
  • Capacity: 12–14 pallets

Please advise us in advance of any site restrictions or access issues. Failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.

If you are unavailable on your scheduled delivery date, please inform us as soon as possible. Failed deliveries are subject to a re-delivery charge.

Why do we need your contact number?

It is essential to provide a mobile number so we or the delivery driver can contact you if there are any issues. For orders of this nature, we may contact you after ordering online to discuss delivery options, site restrictions, or offloading requirements.
