Our EJOT Opticore range is a one-step, self-coring solution for fixing membrane-faced composite panels. These fasteners come with cutting fins which snap free as it’s pulled up, preventing damage to the liner and eliminating the need for pre-drilling.
Compared to traditional fasteners, these are much better as they are fast and easy to install, eliminate the need for pre-drilling, improve thermal retention, and protect the liner skin.
These can be used not only on membrane-faced composite panels but also on cold-rolled steel substrates (internal drive) and hot-rolled steel/timber substrates (external drive).
