The unique formulation provides the optimum open time, allowing for sufficient adhesive to be applied to the substrate prior to placing the boards and provides a superior bond to resist wind forces.
For best results, apply INSTA-STIK to the roof substrate in beads or ribbons, then place the insulation boards immediately or within 10 minutes. The adhesive typically achieves a firm bond within 20–30 minutes, allowing for efficient installation and minimal downtime on site.
